- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We had some very serious concerns about funds that came out of our business checking account and we received little to no help from the staff at the Monroe branch. The manager Kathy treated us as an inconvenience and was extremely unprofessional. Most of the time she couldn't even be bothered to come out of her office when we went to the branch to meet with her and her staff told us they didn't know when she would be available because she comes and goes as she pleases. All the while insisting that only Kathy or Lauren could help us yet neither were available to meet with us on the many different occasions that I tried to make contact with them. We are still left with questions and have been forced to go over Kathy's head to get help from the corporate office. It truly seemed as though Kathy and Lauren at the Monroe branch couldn't be bothered to help us. We have legitimate concerns that have yet to be addressed. We are now banking with Chase bank located by Stop & Shop in Monroe and have had a great experience with them so far. As of right now there are still thousands of dollars missing from our TD account and the bank, the Monroe branch specifically, is being investigated. It didn't have to be this way, if only they actually listened to our concerns and helped us to figure out what happened to all of our money.
