- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Curt, rude, dismissive staff, manager did not return 5 different messages requesting account help over the span of 2 weeks, was always "too busy" to come to the phone. Difficulties setting up my account correctly. Took several faxes, calls, emails to close my account, they lost the faxes every time, every time I called they said "when did you attempt to close the account?"
